Your content
You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the clips made from them. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Upload only content you have the right to use, and that does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
AI-generated suggestions
Transcripts, chosen moments, titles and captions are produced with AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing a clip before you download or publish it.
Plans and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Plans give you a number of minutes of uploaded video each month, as shown on our pricing page. Unused monthly minutes don't carry over; top-up minutes last 12 months. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time in Settings; your plan then continues to the end of the period you paid for. Free-plan clips after your first video carry a small watermark. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If we change prices, we tell you before your next renewal.
YouTube
Publishing uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You choose what is uploaded and with which settings, and you are responsible for what you publish on your channel.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, overload or disrupt it, or use it to infringe, harass or mislead.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change features; if we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the app first.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for content you publish.
