Long videos are heavy to process, and sometimes a step fails. Here is exactly what TheMomentra does when that happens, so you never have to wonder.
What we do for you
- It retries by itself. If a step hits a problem, it restarts automatically, up to three tries, and a stalled step is picked up again within minutes. The project page tells you when this happens.
- Your minutes come back. If a video fails and no clips are made, its minutes are returned to your balance automatically, and the page says so.
- Honest status. The project page shows the real step, from checking the video to the final checks, and says plainly when something is taking longer than usual. Processing continues if you leave the page.
- Nothing goes out unapproved. Clips are published only after you review and approve them, and a failed or unclear YouTube upload is never repeated behind your back.
- A person answers. If something is still wrong, write to team@themomentra.com. We reply within two working days, usually sooner.
How processing has really gone
We publish our real processing times and success rate here once enough videos have gone through to make them meaningful. We won't quote a figure we haven't measured.
